These are looking good. However, one suggestion I have may help you to push them even further. I suggest that you think about the buildings purpose (chat girls, art etc) and design that theme into the structure of the building (in a small way).
So for example the 'Cat Girls' builing may have an extra chimney stack and angled top windows to represent a subtle cat's face. The art building could be more 'picture frame' inspired (Curly details around the buildings facade like an ornate pitcure frame).
